Going on the city to philly i ran into a modded silver wrx!! im like shiet i see a front mount im like holy shiet he gotta be modded!! We get 3 honks and im in v tec and hes just getting littlier and littlier. WE chat on the highway hahah and he tells me he stage 4 turbo. i guess it was a good run i kept up for a little bit but to much traffic.

 

ah, I assume it was a turbo xs stage 4. typically that would be a VF30 or VF34 turbo car at about 20PSI. High 12's at about 106mph.


I miss my VF34 powered WRX.

 

At least you ran across a car worth running...Time for you too boost up n' catch him on the highway again.

 

maybe 20psi in the midrange, but a VF30 can't hold that boost to redline.. The taper off to around 16psi by redline.

Stage 4 WRX runs about 300whp....

 

On pump my STi is 341.4 to the wheels and 100 octane just over 400! I am still waiting to get my ass handed to me by a Neon. We are having Southwest in the Sun here at the end of the month. I will see how I do against a boosted S2K. Will definitely be running 100 octane that weekend. I think my old boosted S would win against my 91 map but not sure on the 100.

 

I think the S2000 lost, although it's not very clear in his post. The WRX kept getting littler because it was running away. Btw, he mis-spelled 'littler".

 

Yeah, tough lil "encounter" to decypher but he's saying he lost pretty badly.

How could you mispell a word that doesnt exist? or maybe litler is a word, just never really heard anyone use it in place of "smaller." and no, i'm too lazy to check the dictionary..
