The Rivals
sup fellas! out of all of our rivals which car sets a high volume of intensity and adrenaline rush to YOU when you race them?
my pick: SRT-4, EVO 8 / 9 / 10 just because they are turbo'd (AWD/FWD)

The E36 m3...it's usually dead even due to the similar weight and power output of the cars.
'90-'93 black 240sx...Got a guy running an sr20det in his black 240sx(technically it's a Sylvia) on stock boost, he said, and we were dead even until we cross over 100mph, then I reel him in pretty quickly(I guess his turbo dies out around that time).
'98-'04 Ford Mustang GT...I ran him once,(I only heard that he had an aftermarket exhaust) we were neck and neck the whole way...good run. His response afterwards was "Is it stock?...Nice!!!"

Nobody races an evo in a stock s2000. That's suicide in straightline. I love killing S/C Cobalts and S/C TCs in my IHE Si
IMO the ultimate rival has always been the 350z. But most of the time they come out on top, especially the new ones.

Suicide? From a roll its not as impossible as you make it seem. From a stop and your done obviously but a modded s2k with a good driver could take an evo from a roll.

Well sailor all the bolt ons in the world will still only get you like 15whp which wont make much of a difference. It is more likely the evo will win but a good driver in a stock s2k could definately pull on an evo from a roll. Its not 'suicide' as you make it seem. I consider straight line suicide running an E46 M3 or a C4S.
