I was on my way home from an excellent day on the track at Sebring and pulled up to a light next to an Acura RSX-S. We were first in line. It was night and the Acura had tinted windows so I couldn't see the driver, but as soon as the light turned green the car accelerated away at full throttle. I was curious to see how my car would do so I punched it too and easily gained back the lost ground and then pulled ahead enough to merge ahead of him when the road went from 2 lanes down to one.

"So what" you say ... "I can run RSXs all day long in a S2000", right? I was pulling my trailer at the time .

You're not supposed to tow anything in the S!!! Or, at least that's what the manual states...

Thanks alot coral, huge help. This just made my day. Nothing could be better than to drive to the beach with an s2k, top down and a jetski in back.

I'm hoping that my comment to DJSang was taken in the light-hearted tone that was intended. If not, I apologize.

We're all here to enjoy the car, after all .

Roadruler - You're welcome. Sounds like paradise ... just watch out for those algae-covered boat ramps .
