that said, i can put 5-6 cars on a stock S2000 from a stoplight roll. i've raced a supercharged S2000 and it was actually fairly even until we got over about 70-80mph, and then the SC just pulls too much on the top.
I had a conversation with one of the menber about the 4.57 gear on his car.
And he also said that he can hang with SC car the first three gears.

Wis- i saw the video in your sig. All i said to myself is wow. I believe you, but i still have to drive a S2000 with 4.57 gear for myself or get pull by another S2000 with just 4.57 gear and everything else is stock.

Good killed!

That 4.57 gear swap is looking more tempting with each kill story that Wisconsin S2k post.
Dude seriously... I'm paying off my last credit card debt payment on July 17th, and I'll then be saving up some spare cash for the gears. Hopefully I'll be able to get them for my birthday in November

yeah the gearing on the 350Z stock is pretty decent for the power it makes. to me, though, it seems like it could be a bit more agressive down low.

it could be more aggressive, but since we have alot less RPMs to play with than you guys i think that it works fine for a stock car. if your not planning on keeping the car stock and NA yes the gears are great thing to mod, but for a FI which I am planning on a single turbo end of this year, the stock gears are great. If they were any closer id just be shifting all the time.

Once you can see what an S2K can do, you start to respect it a bit more.

So, it comes to driver and some drivers are not as good as others.
