i was cruising with my buddy(who has 350z)... as i was driving slowly(due to high gas price)... i saw Black G35(sedan) comming up fast.. i didn't even bother..... this idiot cuts traffic in and out... i said to my friend..." what an Axxhole"... so we lined up at stop light. my buddy said "smoke him". i knew i was gonna beat him easily,(cause i beat my friend 350z 3 times straight, no problem). we rolled out to 5-10miles.. than i hear him floor.. so i hit it too.
1st gear until vtec.. we were same... but as soon as i'm vtec... BYE BYE (i waved my right hand high up) we went up to 60 miles... he was about 3-4 car length back (i'm pretty sure it was auto, or manual with really sucks driver. If it was manual with good driver shouldn't be that much back). what a shame .
i guess he learnd his lesson.. "HIS CAR IS NOT THE FASTEST IN THE WORLD".

Hmm I always thought those G35's were fast..

 

WOW!!!! your must be pulling at least like 14.1 or lower in the 1/4 cause the auto g35's can pull constant 14.2 all day long.

 

well, this is a sedan. do they still run low 14's? I can imagine the coupe does.

 

The G35's are great cars. The coupe is very fast and I believe the suspension is a bit "tighter" than the sedan. The 4 door version will get walked by the coupe.

G35(6sp) with inatke, exhaust, header will give good run to coupe. might beat it too.(due to its weight)
but 350z is fastest car in the nissan family.
I can beat 350z every time when i race with my buddy(.5 car to 1car length) he is not shitty driver....
if i can beat 350z, G35 is no problem at all..

 

I've seen plenty of STOCK S's pull 14 and I saw one with only intake pull 13.9
