A run through the twisties with a 350Z!
I finally found a road close around my area that had some decent twisties and I went out there with my brother in the S2000 to show him. Just as I was turning in off the main road I see a 350z coming down the main road and I see him put his blinker on. My brother waves out the window for him to follow and as I accelerate I see the 350z hot on my tail as I go into the twisties. Most of the turns were 35mph turns and I was taking them around 85mph.
At this point my brother was holding on for dear life and hyperventalating with excitment. The 350z would get close on me in the straight aways and then I would gain some distance when we went into the curves. At the end of the road we both stopped and complimented each others cars and went our seperate ways. The 350z handled the curves pretty well and I hope I see this guy around town again. This had to be the funnest time I have had in my S2000 so far.

those are the kinds of encounters I look forward to.....another cool sports car cat out for a drive through the twistes also who by coincidence encounters another of the same philosophy......
I'm not sure if the Z was designed for the twisties, perhaps you could try an EVO or a WRX up and down the mountain and through gravel. That would make a nice movie too.
Oh, I think he probably meant 65 not 85, is that believable?

There's a big difference between a 25 MPH turn and a turn with a posted speed limit of 25 MPH. A 25 MPH turn is a 25 mph turn, PERIOD, i.e. 85 = wreck. Now a turn with a posted speed limit of 25 means nothing. Doesn't prove a thing, the variances between actual speed potential of a curve and it's posted limit can be huge.

Besides, why would anyone lie on the internet?
