nothing special, had a race with a mr2 turbo today. from what i could tell he was stock. i my only performance mod is a AEM cai. So we are at a light and we start from a 15mph roll. I just floored it to reline each gear and by 4th gear i was about 6-7 car lengths ahead. he never even had a chance.

 

I ran into a pretty modded mr2, I could hear the blow-off from a 1/2 mile away. I downshifted to third at 80 and stepped on it. Had like 8 cars lenght by the time I hit 120.

 

thats the way to go john...... ....spank that bad boy....... i bet you that MR2 was probably all the way home...haha.....he was probably and you should have slowed down and waited for him and gave him the sign....hehe.....

really? I thought those turbo MR2s were fast, I mean some of the BOVs I've heard were just unreal... Ok, I'll go ahead and race one...

well stock i think they run 200 hp and they should about the same as our cars, plus its a 5sp and the redline is not 9k i can tell you that. unless its really modded you should have no problem

 

the same weight as our cars i mean.

 

My best friend's 3SGTE powered MR2 T thatn can push has over 500 HP to the wheels and also 500 lbs. of torque. It also only runs on 117 octane. This guy blows doors off all kinds of cars.

It's plain looking and black .... what a sleeper!
