s2000 is amazing
I never really appreciated hondas until test driving my s and then owning it...the power to weight coupled with rwd is amazing imo. anyways, shortly after getting the car i went all out inlinepro, with the last dyno on c-16 at 565hp, 407 tq on a 6176r turbo at 25 psi. 30psi puts me right around 600rwhp and full capacity of the turbo. anywho, on to the races...this car kills. i wish i had videos to prove it to everybody, but mostly just to shut these people up bc all ppl do is talk smack about hondas...'it's just a honda...' I laugh with them now, because they have no idea what they're talking about. after all, we were number one in hp/liter until ferrari's fxx came out, taking them 8 more cylinders than us around 842 hp i think, regardless costing 4 million dollars...yeah i think i'll stay with my s, around 35k total for something that runs everybody for their money. My most interesting races were before i had a race gas tune at about 450rwhp on 18psi, with an '05 gt mustang turbo, 62 trim, dynoing around 625rwhp--he wanted to do a roll, and i pulled a car instantly after brake boosting at 50mph and finished about 3 cars ahead by 100mph. those cars are boats to begin with and he said he had subs and a box in the trunk, but he wasn't the best driver. Afterwards he looked suprised and said ' that's a fast honda.' lol. The next most interesting one was this sti...we were chillin at this local meet that happens every weekend and i was talkin to this black ap1 with a hard top and exhaust, much better lookin than mine on the exterior imo. anyways, i had him believing had intake and exhaust bc my intercooler was smoked black and in the dark (lol, i know, i would've told him after)...and then this blue sti pulls in. everybody's like ohhhh, now you want some? talkin to the other cars...this scronny kid steps out and i can't help but just giggle. i go up and i was like so what you pushin man, i heard you got a lotta power. (rumor was that he had around 500awhp on water/meth). he said stock turbo and exhaust with a tune. i just busted out laughing...'so you wanna go from a roll?' (it was cold as **** outside and i'm not one for roasting tires where cops are up your a** all nite). so we go 40 roll on the interstate, with about 12 cars behind to slow traffic down. 3rd beep and after brake boosting i pull about a half car and hear him spool. my first thought was that he was going to creep back but slowly each gear, but finishin in 5th (starting in 3rd), I ended up 2 cars ahead. now keep in mind this is pump gas, 450 to the wheels...i've got a stg 3 clutch, 3" turbo back (straight pipe, only a muffler) and hondata. this car books. just this past tuesday i dynoed the tune with race gas and i should be going out this weekend to scare the the begeezys out of ppl and myself. the front end of the car literally lifts up, it's truly amazing. anyways, hope this was interesting. here's a quick list of other kills just messing around on the highway and back roads: ss cobalt (he was stock, except for his attitude, +5hp)--lol, you know how that one turned out. count to 5 and you cant see my car ahead anymore; wrx with cobb tuning and downpipe from stoplight--he launched, i just got in gear and then smashed it and swallowed him by 60mph, pontiac gto--headers, intake, exhaust and chip (5.7l, around 400whp)--lotta torque but from a dig i passed him by 60, only being about a car and a half behind from a bad launch. on the highway it was nothing. anyways, i'll keep you guys in the loop...peace.
I would like to see some pictures or video aswell, not that I don't believe you but just because it makes the thread more alive.
Also it would be great if you could part up the text a bit, it gets hard to read when it is presented in a wall like this.
Bet your s2000 rocks! Greetings from Sweden.

It is so much fun to have beyond type hp. I go to a car meet weekly with hundreds of fast cars. After several years and a few very fast cars getting whooped by my S2000, I get nothing but respect from the regulars.
Enjoy it and don't break it.
