i think he had a intake and vafcII at that time so its not "STOCK"

I would have to agree about the owner comment......Alot of them are ignorant and talk alot of smack
I test drove one befor i got my S, it was nice but the " Fun To Drive Factor " was not really there.....Didn't corner much better than a PT Cruiser

They suck! The only thing thats good is the HP and the fact that they are easy to mod and sound mean even with out aftermarket exhaust.
Other than that its dodge junk IMHO the fit and finish is horrible and seems very cheap (other than the front seats). If dodge was smart they would have redesigned it a little more different than the base neon other than changing the fascia and adding a wing (more like what Mitsu did with the Evo compared to the base Lancer).
If you like it than more power to you, but I would rather have any model Civic over an SRT4
