Default S2000 handling?

I don't know if this video is old or what.

I don't know anything about it, just saw it, and even though it technically isn't a "Street Encounter," it looks and sounds like it could be. I hope no one was injured.

Pulling geven with a suspect vehicle = STUPID. You never know when they're going to point a gun at you.

I'd be surprised if the Asst. D.A. even charged him with aggravated assault with a motor vehicle (used vehicle in threatening manner). I doubt that there would be much of a civil case for the damages. Once police go outside training and regulations, civil law is pretty much against us (even when there are legitimate reasons why we did - ant trust me no amount of training and regulations prepare you for what's out there).

well in Germany if you scare a bicyclist enough that he falls and hurts himself but don't actually hit him, you still are the guilty party and will suffer insurance consequences.

Damn BMW broke down that kid would have been gone! I bet a Supercharged S2000 would have kept running strong and evaided the police cruisers. Anyone up for trying it out?

if you FORCE someone to make a crucial mistake, i believe they can make it your fault. look at the stories about racers...even though one hit someone, the other was charged too for instigating the other guy to race too, etc etc. my opinions. in summary, i think they can, if they really wanted to push it.
