Default S2000 vs BMW X6 M

My friend and I were hungry, we were heading to a restaurant that was still open @ 2am. As I was passing by a few cars, a X6 turned onto the road I was on. Dont know for what reason, the X6 was tailgating me, as you know, the height of the car+how low our S2000s are, the headlight shines right into our rear view mirror. I sped up a bit (70 in a 60) he followed and tail gated even closer, so I was like...wtf? I changed lane (left to right) so the guy could go pass cuz I didnt feel like getting another speeding ticket.

After 100m or so, him and I were going the same way, we both were turning left therefore I got behind him and saw it was a X6 M package. After we turned, we both stopped at a red light and I told my friend "watch, he's gonna want to race me...." and what do you KNOW...he gun'd it. I accelerated normally and then he really got to me so I rolled up both windows and went for it (yes, I took the bait) went passed him and there were cars now so I changed infront of him so I could b infront of him. We stopped at a red light, he was behind me, revving his engine. When the light turned green, I gun it with him on my ass, tailgating me. 1st gear reached about ~8000rpm? 2nd gear bounced back from the limiter (9000rpm) and after the 3rd gear, I was about 150km/hr, the guy was about 100m behind me and flashed his lights at me (I assume notifying me the chase is over). I've never done so fast before, at one point, I was picturing how my S' gonna flip and crash. I dont know if the guy couldnt catch up or he didnt have enuff ballz to go all out , either way, shifting in Vtec was CRAZY.

Does this count as a kill?

not technicaly a kill since you didnt line up, you started ahead of him with the advantage. him haveing to wait for you to go. Not sure how fast they are, never came across one. He was a douche for tailgaiting you.

The BMW guy is probably telling a similar story somewhere, but in his story he won.

I give them a nice hazard flash if they try to tailgate and I leave them in the dust. Tailgating is an asshole move no matter what the situation.

I usually make a quick tap on the brakes to make the person stop tailgating me. Always works.

People that tailgate are stupid screaming for rock chips.

Done that 1s, the guy still tailgated me...SIGH...problem for guys/gals that have nice cars is that any1/everyone who thinks their car's a beast wants a taste of the nice car.

Even tho he couldnt keep up, you didnt leave him way far behind, 1-2 second head start is a long time. You just never know unless you line up.

For what it's worth, I just looked at the "M" edition X6. It's a glory package only, no additional horsepower over a regular X6, just some interior details. I was disappointed when I found that out.

Either way it's still pretty quick for a big heavy machine. Nice run.

PS
I bought my wife a platinum escalade instead.

You must have looked at the X6 with a M badge package (i.e. rims, trim, and other little things), not the X6M because there are major differences between a standard X6 and X6M editions engine.
