When I said that the S2000 is superior to the E36 M3, I meant performance wise. I don't care about how the S2000 "feels" at the limit and all that stuff, point and fact is, the S2000 is more capable and thats all that matters.
Wow, you have a bigger trunk than me. More room for your groceries I guess.

I cherish cars that have good feel & which can be controlled & which can exhibit high limits on many road surfaces, including those that are not perfect. I like to feel in control and not like I'm a passenger behind the wheel, or like I'm playing a video game and correcting by what I see out of the windshield. Often by the time you see a different angle it's too late. White knuckles are not fun. If a car can be kept at 9.9 to 10.1 tenths (out of 10) more of the time, it is faster than a car whose limits may be higher but whose feel does not clearly communicate the situation. So the low feel car might be way below and then way over the limit at times. The idea is that the driver is in charge, and he needs good information, and confidence that if he makes a correction or exploits the limits the car will always do the same thing. Very few cars have excellent steering feel and control responses when at-the-limit.

I agree...you guys are making a55holes out of yourselves. I wish you guys would read your posts from an outsiders point of view. And I'm not just sayin' this to the M3 guys. Stop acting childish. You know what...lets just say the M# is twice as fast as an S2000. SO WHAT! I like my S2000 more and I really don't care about the performance capabilities of other cars. My car makes me
everytime I drive it. What the hell else matters

I don't know about the others but I am having a discussion, I am not into throwing rocks...
I just disagree with the fact that just because a car is easier to drive at the limit by the average person, it is a better sports car. I would rather take the car with the higher limits and learn how to control it...
Anyways, I wish I could own both an S2k AND an E36 or E46 M3, it would be a perfect duo......
Merry Christmas everyone.
