So there's an entire back story to this race, I just want to make it clear that I am explaining my side of the story and at no point do I even care what the other side has to input at this point.

Race is between my MY01 UR kit S2000 and an E92 335i Automatic (twin turbo) chipped, exhaust and intake.

We do best out of three and I take two of them, video only shows one.
He wins one because he slows to 20mph (on the freeway) and I refuse to go into first so I just bog it up second and get destroyed.

Link to video above, I attempted to brake boost in every race but in every race he'd wait til I let off before lining up and honking. If you look and listen closely, you'll notice he honks when I've fallen behind him and they are very inconsistent honks.
He is from a crew with a very bad reputation in our state, the two cars following are a Mustang GT, "leader" of their team (will remain unsaid) who is also a police officer-the mustang being his police vehicle also. Also following is their 350z on NOS.
Behind that is a buddy of mine with a lifted 4Runner, brought him along because there are "rumors" of their crew running cars off the road after races.
Victory was given to me as witnesses from both said I took 2/3.
Owner of the BMW (parents bought, we graduated same year) threatened to have me mobbed. Poor sport. We got it settled though.

Good wins...but why run them in the first place with so much shadiness?

 

Actually, I told him I'd race him before he joined that team when I first got my s2000 and was in the process of building it. Reason being, he posted on facebook "no Honda can beat me." he was in a lot of denial, he also posted, "if anyone had the money to soup up a Honda they would have bought a Evo instead." I'll go find it on his facebook and take a picture.
But yeah, I told him when I'm done with my tune I'd race him. I didn't realize he was bringing everyone with him.
