I was about to make a left turn on Rt 1 north coming out of Best Buys, it just happened that the guy right next to me has a Golf. I don't know what mods he had, but his ride was lowered and a loud exhaust. So as we start making the left he just zips out, his lane was faster than mine. So after I completed making the turn he's like 3 car lengths ahead in the the middle lane, and then 3 lanes merge into 1, so I take after him, as soon I am side by side he raises his hands, gives up and makes a quick exit towards Rt 9. Man if U want to start something finish it. It wasn't even worth it, but oh well, he lost.

they are light and can get pretty fast.

I think the Carrado may do good..(I am not sure if I spell it right) they are fast...
I raced with one a while ago....
I beated him when I went up to 140 mph...
I was shocked cuz he could keep up with me from 80~130 mph
But of course, I only shifted down to 5th... not with 4th gear, 80 mph ...

 

U are correct, Corrado's are fast, specially with mods. They are very rare though. Good Kill man, I have to give U credti for doing 140 and above.

 

I raced my friend's Golf GTI (modded).

He got me on the launch because I bogged...but I cought up at the end of 2nd gear and passed him in 3rd gear...

Geee... I thought it was about driving s2000 or playing golf... which I have to decide every weekend.. believe it or not, these are tough decisions. which I end up driving S to golf

Modded 1.8T GTI's are quick as ****, trust me on this one. Turbo upgrade, new chip, exhaust, other mods and it's over.
