That Maxima was pretty crazy, the S2000 was catching up at the end. Notice the E36 was further back than the S2000 vs Maxima. Tyte video. Thanx

The Maxima (255hp) must have more than just intake. Even a well driven 350Z (287hp and lighter than a Maxima)wouldn't pull on an S2K like that.

The Maxima had a supercharger.

I didn't see any S2000 in the videos. The camera car is a Prelude, but besides the M3, I think the other one is a Grand Prix.

Maybe it is an S2000 after all, but looks so much like a Grand Prix. Regardless, a Maxima with CAI will NOT pull on either car like that, from a roll or launch. I can guarantee it.

I kinda have to agree. That black car doesn't look like an S2000. But either way, a Maxima with an intake will still lose to an S2000, E36 M3, 350Z, G35 coupe 6-sp, Z4, or any other similar car in performance. But look at that Maxima in there, it pulls like it has a supercharger, turbo, or nitrous.

I will race any Maxima with an intake (and even exhaust) and it will not pull on me like that. It simply cannot happen with a 99% stock Maxima.

We can rule out bad driving, because it pulls on both the S (if that's what it is in there) and M3 by bus lengths. Can you say F/I or nitrous?
