Hey guys last night i was hanging out with this girl i have recently started talkin too. since she had never been to my place we decided to meet at a local mall so she could follow me back. a short while after leaving the mall i get passed by a black testarossa. its an older man who's talkin on his phone. i think for a min" i have to run this guy, but then i say .....its a ferrari and there is a real hot chick following me, i cant embarrass myself tonight.

a few min later the ferrari slows and gets in front of me, i change lanes to go around and when i get along side he looks over and revs up......... thinking this might have happened i had already downshifted before i decided to pass. i was now in second (like i said he slowed way down) i guess around 50mph when he punched it....... i get to 3rd quick then, i am about 1/3 of a car length ahead, i shift to 4th and he creeps back up now we are neck and neck. finally i get to fifth and he pulls ahead, my front is now about equal with his door........ i shut down, remembering the slammin ass girl i left in the dust behind me....... luckily she was driving a 05 G-35 and wasn't too far back.....

when we get to the next light i honked a few times and he gave me this glance that said i hate myself for blowing thousands of dollars on a car that almost lost to a 30K Honda

Ferrari is still me dream car, but damn i was i was FI ----- my car is basically stock, Cusco CF wrapped strut bar, and invidia exhaust... oh and my top WAS down

just wanted to share with you guys.......

oh and the girl was at my place to 3:00am this morning....... i am a zombie here at work... but it was worth it

 

Good run, but he probably was not trying very hard...I bet that while you downshifted to second, he was in 3rd or 4th...was it the 512 TR?
because his car should not lose to an s2000

 

you know honestly i didnt see any badges on it, i knew it was the testarossa from the unmistakable lines but what model, i have not one clue...

i didnt say i beat it either... he def, pulled on me pretty steady... just not as much as i would have thought.

when i shut down he was about half a car on me...... pulling steady, he kept on the gas....

there was a red light about a half mile up ahead thats where i honked

he might have been in 3rd or 4th but he revved up on me not, so i would have figured he wanted a real race

Who knows but it was def. fun

actually i didn't..... i have apparently developed a conscience i guess , this girl is a sister to one of my close friends and i didnt have the heart to make a move.... although i do believe it would have worked i mean lets see....... she is into cars and saw a race, then stayed with me till 3: 00am what else could she have been lookin for.........
