It's obvious that he DOES have an S2000 and a supercharger, so he definitely has the means to afford a nitrous setup.
Even though Rat has behaved more like a Brat so far, I for one don't doubt that he actually HAS a supercharged S2000 with nitrous.
His kill stories, on the other hand, are a bit extreme.
And don't even get me started on the "6 second funny car" thing...

I did find his kill stories somewhat hyperbolic though just like Zoran stated.
If his SC+NOS S2k can kill V8 muscles that's great.
His car doesn't appeared to be riced out at least. His S2k is just 'another' good looking S2000 with some rims and limo tint!!
