I'm speeding along I-75(huge 6 lane interstate) when I see an altima ahead driving like an animal. I floor it to get closer, and the driver must have seen me as he floored it too and picked up his pace from about 85 - 115. We come up on a curve in the highway which is pretty long so I decide to pace him at 115 about 6 cars back in the lane over to the right of him just incase this guy doesn't know what he's doing. As The road straightens out I mash it in 5th and exit the turn in the left most lane now to the left of this guy. As quickly as I made up those 5 - 6 cars, I put another 5-6 on him....look down at the speedo and saw 139. I slow it up, but the altima decides to keep going. So I pace him through traffic at around 85...next opening comes along, same result. He gave up quickly the second time around and stayed behind the S until he hit the exit. Isn't it fun to keep cars in check on the highway with a 2.0l i4? I never get tired of it. I hear those things pull hard 0 - 60, but on the freeways, they're no match for the s2.

 

LOL, as long as you don't mind risking your differential, you'll have 'em beat at any speed, 0-60 or otherwise...

u sure it wasnt a girl driving? My g/f lives in Weston and travels I-75 everyday and she has a hooked up altima and she drives like an animal and races everyone in her 3.5S.

 

I got a good look at the driver and it was a younger dood in his early 20s.
