Ok, let me start off by saying... I'm all about street racing, but at the same time it has to be as safe as one can make unorganized chaos.. although I don't goto the illegals, it's just block to block fighting for me...

Me and a friend were out giving my car the shakedown after a 7month hibernation. Looking for anything with 4 wheels that was game and worthy of going after.

We happened upon a light and what rolls up next to us, a yellow S2k. I moved in behind him so we could get infront of the two cars that were blocking my way. And when the light went green, we followed and then moved over to get next to him..

I got next to him and gave him a little rev and blowoff. I guess the second time he took the bait. So my friend says he's getting ready... I kept it in third until he jumped on it...

The first bov you hear is followed quickly by a small chirp as I pulled second form a roll. You'll also notice we gave him the jump.. I pulled him in at the top of second and went to third at his quarter panel... Ripped up next to him and began to run away as I hit fourth just in front of him... and proceded to run away.

I hit mid fourth and slowed for the next light... (Balboa blvd in the valley) has nice long straights!! and waited for him to pull up next to me... We gave him thumbs up and chatted for a second.. the guy was kewl and had no idea that cars could be modded, he just rolled into a "used car lot" and bought it...

S2K's are nice cars but this is the first one that I rolled up on that didn't have a wine tasting "your not gonna leave the top down" or "oh it's got water spots on it" priss in the drivers seat... Ok, second.. VTECVOODOO is pretty kewl also..
