i say dump the clutch at 6k you never know, there are a lot of car that beat us statistically, but when it comes down to the race (plus its girl) your opponent isn't going to be the from CAR AND DRIVER.

It's going to be pretty easy for the IS to win from a roll. And it stands a good chance of winning from a dig as well, especially if it's an AWD version. If RWD and she spins off the launch and traction control kicks in, the S2000 could win. That's probably the best chance.

I disagree... I race a stock is350 from both a stop and a roll. From a stop it wasn't pretty! Like by 80mph I was 5+ cars back now from a roll It was much better. From 65-130 we were almost dead even with him pulling inches! I had aem v2 intake, Megan header, invidia 70mm test pipe and n1 single, and tuned vafc ii. That was good for 219whp.
The race was with the top down too.

I've raced a couple of is350's in my civic si with full bolt-ons and a tune. he had a passenger i didn't and he didn't pull an inch on me to the end of 3rd gear. Now... once i shifted into 4th he started pulling on me.

is350's ARE FAST. They aren't a joke, you will need bolt-ons and a flashpro/aem ems tune to keep up.

AWD is only made for the IS250 not IS350.
