Default S2K vs M5

Well, about 2:30 pm, I was going I-285 west from Perimeter Mall today and I see a set of angel eyes in my rear view mirror. I changed lanes to let him pass me. It was black and had a DINAN badge on the back. Beautiful car. So I decided to play a little. The traffic was a little heavy, so we really couldn't get a even start. Several times, I would drop gear and pass him, then he would pass me. We both then merged to go I-75 north and the traffic cleared up a little bit. At this point, he was right on my ass. Well, I dropped into 3rd all the way to red line and into 4th and then I let off. I was going probably 120mph maybe. The M5 was on my ass the whole time. If we would of raced side by side, he probably would of smoked me. My exit came up, so I waved and he was on his way.

My supercharger is going in this weekend. Mr. M5, we WILL meet again!

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: D

M5 is a tough kill....displacement, displacement, and displacement! 400hps and 1/4 mile time sub 13s.

Good Luck! Tough but not impossible.

M5's are fauken fast and without forced induction a stock s2000 cannot hang. Up to 150-160 you might be able to outrun it with the S/C, but no $hit those cars without the limiter will topout near 200!!!

What if it's one of those S/C S2K capable of high 11's, low 12's? Would you still bet your money on the M5?

I find it logical that a 2.0l engine can take the M5 up to 140 with S/C, after that the V8 has the bigger balls.

My previous car was an M5 from 2001. My friend owned an 2002 S2000. M5 was faster every where, eccept for the corners. Then he putted an Vortech on. He was able to keep up with me, even from a roll. But my top speed still was higher. Fastest I ever drove it was almost 300km/h
