Yes, since I've put the new clutch in, the S4 has been trying to kill my left foot. That clutch is so picky about where it engages I even stalled it this morning. I think that means its S4: 1 Me: 0 . Haha. I will figure it out!! I will defeat the evil S4!

I had a $700/6 mos quote from All State, they ran a credit report, and I came back as "not perfect" and the rate jumped to $4,000/6 mos...no joke. There is some sort of conspiracy.

I wondered that myself, but ended up going with Progressive before finding out if I could pay up front and get the lower rate. In 6 months I'm going to re-assess my insurance.
