At the Crystal Cove this morning I had a discussion with a Viper owner. After talking some shit to him he challenged me to a race.
I accepted and then he let me know he was running Nitrous, a two stage set-up at that. This does change things a little.
Should I just shine him on and not race or should I have Casterdog (100Kg) be his passenger with a video camera as a handicap?
He wants to run from a roll at highway speed. I think I can still take him. What do you think?
For those that don't know me, this is no BS.
Currently, I'm putting down 447 to the rear wheels and have taken a couple hundred pounds off the car. Two weeks ago I smoked a new Viper.

That is what I call an absolutely win-win situation. If you win, cool! If you lose, so what? It's a Viper with 2 stages of nitrous! You're going to be a hero either way! It's like racing a motorcycle too. If you win, cool, and if you lose, who cares, it's a motorcycle...

Just in case you win, make sure you videotape it and have the volume up. Sometimes you can hear the fart noises these muscle car owners make as they crap their pants watching four cylinder imports run away from them.
