Not to be a jerk, but for once I agree with chuckles. Anyone stupid enough to race while drunk, and .14 is seriously impaired, deserves what he got. I feel bad for the victim, as anyone would for an innocent bystander, but the drunk doesn't deserve any sympathy. And no, it can't happen to anyone. Most people are smart enough to avoid drinking to excess and driving
