TAILWAG goes down...
Well, it was only a matter of time. Coming back from Lawrence today, I pulled beside a red RX7...awesome car: very tastefully upgraded the exterior.
It looked stock but by the sounds of it, that was not the case. A grin on the guy's face indicated he was fair game....we both slowed down to about 60mph, he gave me the 3 finger sign and he proceeded to honk....once...twice....bwaaaaaaaaaaa....
Holy smokes!
I knew he could give me a ran but I can't say I wasn't disappointed when he slowly but surely pulled away...
By 100 he had a couple of cars...by 140....maybe about 5-6 cars....
At the gas station he told me he runs high 11's and traps about mid 120's...well, that would make sense...very cool guy that happened to be driving by Kansas on his way back to Chicago. He said that after hearing my car he thought he was going to get murdered....well, ...
Fun run..you win some, you lose some: it was only a matter of time...oh well...at least the girl that was riding with me was cuter than his girl...

Which turbo did he have? A well-tuned T88 should be in at least high 10's. Watch out for those single-t Supras and RX7's. I've never seen a single-t RX7 in my life. But I see a single-t Supra (T88) all the time. That particular car runs mid-10's, if traction permitted.

Single Turbo RX7... high 11's Wow! I thought Z06's trap around 120 also... Matter of fact I read in the other post you hit 12.1 stock I thought you'd be high 11's also with intake, full exhaust. I figured it would've been closer, but Turbo from a roll is no joke! From a roll they just keep going and going!!!
