I couldnt tell what it was cause he did a ricer fly by at first. But in a domestic. So i caught up to him. I just got a VTSC and tune on Tuesday so this is my first run and i am super nervous about the engine.

anyways, we line up at 75mph im in 3rd i honk once and he takes off. So i floor it and i am shifting at 8200 rpm just incase and by the top of 4th i am half a car infront of him. As i get into fifth i am at his front bumper and still walking. So i let off cause of traffic and also i had proven my point. (and proven the money spent worth it.)

But he kept going. I tried to catch up with him to give him a thumbs up but he just kept going faster and not looking over. Poor lil domestic kids.

You have a vortech supercharger right? This could of easily happened. Anyhthing can happen on the streets, and stock WS6's run high 12's-low 13's.

WS6 are just a little faster than regular trans am. Either way a basic Vortech s2000 should be close to a stock LS1.

Exactly why he was racing a lt1 not a ls1. He didnt shift at 9k rpms and he beat the car. Unless the guy sucks really bad at driving it was a lt1.
