Turbo AP2 vs. CTS-V (Interstate Run)
Took a trip to the dragon this past weekend and on the way I was lucky enough to run into a newer black CTS-V
The CTS-V came up behind me and ended up trying to pass on my right, but a car put on it's brakes so he was forced to get behind me. I dropped to 4th gear around 80mph and stomped it. He was right on my bumper and moved over into the next lane once it was open. We were both full throttle and by 140 I was about 3 cars ahead. I let off and he came up beside me and waved. I gave him a
and we went on our seperate ways.
I was very impressed with the results. I actually have an old Car & Driver magazine where the newer CTS-V was featured. I didn't realize they were 556hp, yet they weigh over 4,000 lbs. The magazine also mentioned that the car was difficult to engage in 5th gear (which I'm guessing performance lacked in this area). I guess I picked the right speed to run him.
2nd kill since I've turboed my S!

Those Cadillac hot rods have a whole lot of torque. He could have had a 500 lb fat chick in the passengers seat and the results would have been the same. Good thread.
