Default Turbos Rock!

This is just my rant because I want turbos bad. As you can see, turbo cars rock. Derryck has an awesome beast.

From the other side, I thought I'd share the domestic turbo packages since it's pretty new. Lingenfelter just completed his 427cid TT C5. Pricing and stats will be out soon, but the auto just ran a 9.52 @ 145.xx. If you know lingenfelter cars, you know he won't sell anything that doesn't idle smooth as silk and could sit in city traffic with the a/c blasting with no problem and be daily driveable with good gas mileage. This car is amazing. They drove it to the track and drove it home. I want one....now to find the money....LOL! At least they're right in my backyard basically.

9secs is an awesome time...but wouldnt' that require a full cage in the car to take to the track? aren't cars under 10secs required?

9's on a daily driver.. i think you could make your car payments w/ what you'd make at the illegals.

Even if I could afford the ride, replacing melted monster tires would ruin me.

I'm still trying to imagine 11s with the turbo thats available. I can't even imagine a car that can run 9s...well at least an s2000.

I never realized how fast a C5 could be. Scary .

Wow, imagine all of that horsepower and torque. It would make me look like this everyday . BTW, has anyone heard anything about the Tigershark??? I was wondering, is it planned to be a production car? Any specs on it???

Thanks,
Phi Nguyen
