wholly shit balls... not suprised though, being in St. Paul and all... silly wench was probably running late for a sale at the Mall of America!

Seriously though... I know a lot of people from Minnesota through work, and they all have one thing in common... they do a LOT of blow! To do something of this caliper... this chick had to be blown out of her mind!!

I definately want to track this thread to see what happens next!

Dude, I would highly suggest you do not go to the house. You never know what's behind that door. Let the cops and insurance folks take care of it and hope it gets resolved.

I'm still peeved about the incident I was involved in, but I try not to get too mad. I often considered taking care of it myself, but I have too much to lose in doing so. The reason my issue wasn't resolved, my best guess, is that we were both with Allstate at the time. After that incident, I immediately changed to State Farm....no more of my business to a company that treats me that way.

Good luck and please let us know how it turns out.

Well if they try to weasel out of it, you could always take the eye for an eye approach and inconspicuously like chain their rear hitch to ... oh a near by trash can, mail box or wait, better yet = the garage door handle (the element of surprise when they back out = PRICELESS) Just joking man: 2 wrongs NEVER make a right! Sorry to hear about your S. Like mentioned above, without witnesses = it's going to be an uphill battle ... GOOD LUCK and BEST WISHES (for the S's sake)

I have two takes:

1. Be mature and let the cops and authority handle it. Give them all your information and if they give her a ticker for a hit-n-run, their insurance will pay for it...simple and done.

2. I however, and this I don't suggest, or recommend, they try to screw you in the process, there are plenty of ways to get even....*evil laugh*
