I'm still trying to figure out if the snot in my right nostril will run before the snot in my left nostril depending on if I'm in the Southern or Northern Hemisphere. Is rotation a factor

depends what's stock boost on an srt-4? if 12 is still stock and all he did was change his turbo, and add a bigger intercooler, then you may win. if your boosted then you'll murder him.

stock boost for the neon depends on the gear but its basically 16-18 psi.

with the neon at 12 psi it should be a close race. with it running 18+ it will win.


take it to auto-x or a mountian road and race him.

 

MOPAR POWAR!! the mods on the S do little for power, maybe 10HP if that vs who knows what. i'm skeptical of "upgraded turbo" only boosting 12PSI. Nevertheless, at BPU the neon is gonna kill the S anyways....
