My friend has a BMW 330xi with a cold air intake and some sort of chip....
can i beat him?
my cars stock and ive only had the car for a couple of months and it is my first stick car.

Some sort of chip? What kind of chip? My initial evaluation would be yes, you SHOULD win. But I think the 330xi has 4wd and has some punch, so if you race it, you should drop that baby from 7K RPM's like it was meant to be. Otherwise, don't race.

doesn't have nothing to do wit the race but I want that car 330xi wit navi system, sport package. If I had 10gs more I would have gotten that car over the S2000. But now I love my S2k more. just wanted to tell you guys.

 

My S2k is also my first stick and for me, launchiing the car aggressively is more of a problem than shifting.

If u get a good launch, u should beat him.

the s should win easily, my friend has a 330ci with the dinan chip, which gice you 6hp and 5lb/ft at the flywheel and no speed limiter and extended redline by 200rpm. i've raced him many times and as long as i drop it on him i have no proble beating him pretty handily.
