Default Worked a new 350Z

Guy was holding up traffic a bit and I finally went by him. Road splits and there is little to no traffic and I see HID's coming up behind me. Guy rolls up next to me and I hear him downshift and go for it. I quickly drop to 4th (doing about 75mph at the time) and quickly climb up to 100mph. Due to his jump I'm about even with him at 110mph as I think he lifted for a second to see if I was going to go. From that point forward I pulled away from him and had a few carlengths up to 130mph+ until he let off the gas as he worked by one car. He then gets back on it, but is a good 50 yards back and I figured screw it and I keep full throttle in 6th gear up to 145mph+ with my hazards flashing (I did it because I knew it would piss him off) and continue in it for the next mile or so until my exit comes up. I then hit the brake lights, flash my hazards again and take the exit as he goes flying by, his LED tailights (pretty cool on new Z) disappear in the distance.

Good highspeed run, got the adrenaline going. Car is very stable at 130+.

Gotta love an NA four banger that can pull away from a near 300hp V6.

geez I would think that the new 350z would pull better at higher speeds because of the higher hp...plus more valves then our car so it can breathe better at higher speeds...very interesting..

I would think he would pull on you, more hp and torque. My old Z felt like it would pull really good at speed, good kill though!

Yeah, probably right. It did hang with an SMG M3 from a roll w/passenger. It was the only race I had.
