Has anyone here raced a z4? My boss just got one and he loves it. I knew they were pretty quick, but didn't know if they could take the s2000. Figured they couldn't but who knows.

Drivers race if Z4 is manual (3.0) .
Or else no chance for Z4, This is from experience.

 

Does that include the SMG?

 

Most of the Z4's here in Dubai are Automatic so S2K has overall advantage over the Z4, As for Manual or SMG I race with a few because they stayed preety much even with me. Im not sure if they were Manual but the fact that they could hang with the S made me think that they were Manual. S2K and Manual Z4 are almost neck to neck in 1/4 mile performance.

an smg? it might be much better
a manual? it will give us a good race...stock vs stock

No... the top on the S2k definitely goes down faster... those guys at Top Gear proved it...

 

They're OK but my twin-turbo Z06 is much faster.
