@#$^ This is embarassing
Yesterday I was putting a set of coilovers on my car, and when I dropped the LF shock, look what came out with it. The crazy thing is, I've laughed about people finding these after months of ownership. I checked my car years ago to make sure there weren't any on the springs, and missed this one. I've had the wheels off tons of times, worked on the brakes, etc., never spotted it.
This one was hiding directly behind the shock, against the inner fender wall, almost invisible back there. I didn't know it was there until I had the shock in my hand.
The good thing is, only one chunk of rubber was between the springs, so it probably didn't have much effect.
Did I set a new record?

I just pulled 8 of mine off of my 2000 about 6 months ago when I was installing my coilovers. I had only had the car for about 3 months, so it wasn't my fault, but the previous owner/anyone who worked on it should be put to shame.
I wonder if I have these. Can I get these out by myself? with just the jack? When I accelerate I seem to pull slightly to the right and then when I decelerate a little to the left. Maybe I'm going crazy or maybe it's the vtech!!! lol, but for reals what can it be?

Did it make you regret your coil over purchase? Since you never got to truly test the handling of the car.
