The one that fits your budget, the color you want, and is in better condition (no accidents, salvage, etc.) There is no difference between the two, except the DOB.

the later 02s got an oil jet upgrade in the block. that's the only difference.

I'd get the 02 as the price and depreciation will be lower.

Ok, so i found a 04 with 2000 mi. for 28k
and the 03 with 4500 for 27k
and the 02 with 5000 for 24k
Should I try to get the 02 or 03 with better deal
rather than the 04???

Your first question didn't mention 04's, and there were lots of changes that year.

Yeah, I just found one and I like the looks of the 04 but I rather have the f20c
than f22c. What's better, do people prefer the f20c or the f22c???

They like both, in fact many have traded AP1's for AP2's.

Interesting...the thing is I'll prob have to pay what they ask for with the AP2, but
I could prob lower the price on the AP1, so not sure what to do. I guess what I'm asking is is AP2 worth say about 5000 dollars???
