it is overpriced compared to other used S2000's you can get from a private party...private party should go for around $22-$23K for a MY02

but it is NOT overpriced for a 2002 from a stealership...esp considering it is a very rare GPW/all red

Paid 25,750 for my MY02 with 12,755 on the odometer. And that's the out the door price.

Like already said, prices vary by state. I had a hard time finding a certified low mileage S2000 in socal for a good price. I got my '02 with 7k miles on it for around 26k about 7 months ago.

yup...also S2000's don't sell as well in the winter
