Hi, i just bought a 2002 sebring silver s2000 last week. I was getting ready to replace the orange amber with rick's diffuser, but happensto see a 04-05 headlight. Iam wondering if 04-05 headlight will fit on my car without any modification.

what kind of modification does it need? Is there any direction on how to swap a 04-05 headlight on to a 00-03 s2k? thanks

 

The headlight housing will bolt right up. But the earlier ballasts do not. You will have to fab something to get them to fit. There is a thread posted on this here somewhere. But the short version is the older ballasts have a square mount where the wires go into the headlight housing, and the newer one has a round one that is smaller. The whole ballasts are smaller too. Becuase of that, the mouting point on the headlights do not match up and you will have to make a bracket so they do.
