nope, you would need a new ignition system, and door and trunk locks/tumblers. They are the laser cut reverse keys, like MB, BMW, Audi, VW, etc.....

 

Yep.... You would have to replace everything and unless you changed all your locks, you would have to use 2 sets of keys for your S. Not worth it for a simple key IMO.

Just wondering... Are the 04 keys like the new Accord keys where the romote is made on the end of the key? I have a key like that for my Accord, and they are a PITA when it comes to keeping it in your pocket. I like the seperate key/flob much better.

 

I just wish Honda would do like BMW does and build all the remote functions into the key itself...I hate having the remote dangling liek that. But I am sure you aftermarket alarm folks don't care.
