'04 Rear Bumber on '01 S

I curious to find out if anyone knows if you can put the '04 rear bumber onto an '01 with aftermarket exhaust. I have an Invidia system to be exact and I was wondering if it would still clear with the newer bumber on. Anyone know or have an idea?

You can,but your exhaust tips,will be a little short.

the Invidia exhaust with the blue burnt Ti tips fit both AP1 and AP2 S2000 bumpers.
