Default 04 S2000 and aftermarket header?

I could not find much info on gains for headers on a 2004. What headers can you keep the heat shield or provide their own heat shield. Also how much does the stock 04 header weigh and how much does the aftermarket header in question weigh? Thanks

stock weight about 30lb, my spoon header weight about 12lb, as far as power gain, i notic how smooth it rev. haven't dyno it yet.

would toda headers made for the pre04's fit the 04's?

how do the mugen headers compare to the toda headers? they are both 4-2-1 designs. the mugen header looks cooler though, its all twisty

i have a 04 with spoon header, they fit fine. the Toda one will fit as well, i test fit both of them.
