Tax and Tag will depend on where you register the car. Many places are offering the car at 30,995. That's what I paid for mine and have seen that price all over the internet.

I would get an insurance quote before you by the S. If you are coming off a suspended licence you might be stunned by the cost of insurance on a S2000.

OH boy, you have a suspended license and looking to get into a S2K Did you get a insurance quote already Before even looking at a car to purchase, i suggest getting a insurance quote first as this usually has determined weather or not i can afford the car in the long run. Of course youre in GA, so youre insurance rates might not be quite as high as here in the Northeast. However, there are so many factors to determine what you pay a year for insurance such as your age, driving record, type of car you drive etc etc. Just to give you a heads up, i have 2 infractions (accidents) that were Not my fault on my record, im 32 and im paying about $4000 a year here in CT for my 00 S2K.And ive never had a suspended license! Not to burst your bubble but when i was younger and had hopes of owning a Nissan 300zxTT, I too couldnt afford the insurance cuz i was so young and as the insurances companies call these cars " a high-performance high-risk vehicle" This is why i didnt go new. I couldve bought a 03 or waitied and got an 04 but the insurance would kill me! Actually it already is! Now i have to wait a year or so for the infractions to come off my record, then my insurance will drop a bunch provided nothing happened between now and then. Knock on wood
