Default 1/28 scale RC S2000!

Ok, here is the best R/C S2000! Atleast in my opinion.

And you can race 6 at once with the removable crystals!
It is fully proportional, has susspension, different gearing, differential, and will run for a hour on 4AAA batteries!

I have had mine since last year... got it the first week it was available in the US!

Comes in Yellow, Red, and Silver.

it is made by Kyosho, and you should be able to get it at most hobby shops.
I order mine from www.towerhobbies.com
just do a search for "mini z" at the site to find the cars, and all the upgrades!

There are quite a few upgrades.
I have 2 mini-z's and the new F-1 mini-z (not out in the US yet, got it from HONG KONG all are fully upgraded with just about every thing

Well, got check them out at www.TowerHobbies.com

Let me know what you think!

Oh, and if you get one, or have one, and are in Minnesota, email me, and maybe we can get togeather and race some time... I am making a really nice indoor track

I know about 7 other guys that race with me around here... it is a ton of fun!

I have one of these (although I bought the Porsche GT3 body for it). They're a lot of fun, but you need a VERY smooth surface. I actually had to send mine back for repairs recently, but it's already on it's way back to me.

One easy free mod I recommend is to pack the differential with the thickest, stickiest grease you have around (such as brake caliper grease). This will give it a limited slip effect and make the car much more controllable.

What kind of batteries are you using? Alkaline? Stock Motor?
Use rechargable Nickle Metal Hydrate (NiHM) batteries. They last a long time, and seem to be faster than Alkaline! It almost lasts too long with NiHM batteries!

Yes, you do need a smooth surface, but man is it fun!

yup
I just extended my front axles, so the wheels fill up the wheel well much better, and I lowered the front a little. Looks sweet with my 5 spoke gun metal wheels!
