Default 1/4 Mile times

I took my s2000 to carlsbad race track yesterday to time it for the 1/4 mile. My car is an 01 with 19k miles, I bought it about a month ago, and the only aftermarket modifcation is an AEM V2 intake. I have never been to the track before and they ended up kicking me out after 1 run because i guess you have to be 18 or older to race. Im 17. Yesterday was a really hot day but here is my times for my first run... let me know how i did...

Reaction- 1.041
60ft - 2.241
330ft -6.190
1/8 -9.371
1/8MPH - 76.72
1/4ET - 14.370
1/4MPH - 96.86

I beat a z06 in the next lane on everything except the 1/4 mile time and trap speed. The zo6's time was 14.114 @ 110.96 while his 1/8 time wans 9.652 I guess he didnt know how to drive

That is a pretty good time. And it was hot as hell yesterday too.

Did you dump the clutch? or did you just slip the clutch? Thanks a lot, and again, nice times!

I dumped it.... I had new tires and the asphault at the track was very grippy so there wasnt any traction problems. Just wish i could of ran more than once.

Z06 ran a 14.1 at 110mph? Damn... lots of power and no traction. He should have been in the mid to low 12's.

Get your 60' time down another .1-.2 and you'll be around 14 flat. Maybe even 13.9.
