Default 12v bluetooth?

Hey is it possible to make one of these 12v plug-in bluetooth transmitters work without any extra modifications? MY01

Yes, you'll need to find a radio frequency on your car stereo that's got nothing but the crackle of white noise on it, once you've found one, plug your adaptor in, set it to that station and the white noise should vanish all you will hear is silence, the you're good to go.
Just connect your phone and press play.

Ain't worth worrying about it as it's less than $20. Try it and let us know. If it doesn't work send it back to Amazon.

When it is powered up it will display a frequency. Tune that freq into the radio and that is it. Well, you also have to link the plug in to your phone too. Mine (different car than the S) is ROAV.
