There is no air resistance....the s2k is limited by drag in a real world situation so you can't really compare this to a freeway run.

That speedo is probably inaccurate. At 9300 rpms the car will only do 172 mph.

wind drag doesn't affect gear limited speeds

ap1s are drag limited to ~154-155 with the top up,

clawhammer was saying ap1s are gear limited to 172 if the engine is spinning to 9300 rpms.

Actually, it's still going at zero miles per hour. At the end of the hour, it's gone nowhere.

About as meaningful as dropping a car off a cliff and clocking it with a radar gun.

I've seen 274km/h ( 171MPH) on my N/A ap1 with some common bolt ons.. ( J's 70RR/aem v2 )

the red light wasnt blinking at that point so a few more mph was still left...

The run was made on a german autobahn, fully legal!
