I have the C5's in 18 and my car is slightly lowered (H&R Springs). They fill in perfectly. The offset is great.

Here is a couple of pics.

Oh, and by the way, I think I may be selling the car.
Not 100% yet, but considering it.

I really dig the red calipers that match the seats - nice pattern you've got going there, and the wheels...awe yea!

pnty drpr,

I wont (need) to paint my calipers also. They show way to much with my wheels. How much trouble was it and where did you get your paint

Thanks,
William

You guys are awsome. This kind of stuff is what I wanted. Just found out that the C5s are no longer made. But I do like the ones on the yellow.

Does anyone know the offsets and the wheel widths on the yellow one?

To to honest with you, I used some cheap sh*t as paint.
Everyone I know buys the $50-60 folia tec paint(or something like that), but I simply went down to a performance shop and picked up a can of "Red Caliper Paint" that is nothing more than high heat paint.

The reason I did this is because I used the same paint on my previous car, and after almost 2 years, it still looked good. The trick is to clean it well. Take your time and mask everything off, and apply many, many coats. And remember to allow it to dry in between applications.

Plus, it helps that I clean my wheels and calipers on a daily basis. The wheels make them very visible and give me a lot of room for access.

Thats all I did.
Cost of paint: $7

What are the benefits of using larger wheels? Is this just an appearance mod, or does it affect performance?
