I asked similar question about month ago.... just changed my first oil at 1200 miles and close to 1 year since the birth of the car. I went full sync oil and the car feels great.

I changed mine between 3500-4k miles. The honda dealership told me to wait until 10k for the first oil change to break it in, no thanks.

thanks for all the replies. i appreciate all your comments. now i can feel more secure with driving my car until i get some more miles. i am however planning to attend the sows event on 1/8. would you guys reccomend an oil change before that. thanks.
