Default 2.5 Stroker kit

I am considering getting this stroker kit, but havent heard from anybody who actually has this to get feedback on how good it is. Dont know much about it other than whats on the inline pro website.Anyone have any info? Thanks

2.5 is a big jump. I wonder how reliable that is.

yeah, so there is one car that hasn't just spun... I know there are others out there who have attempted this with them, and have had less than desirable results...

i don't think you can keep the 9000 redline with such a long stroke. maybe for a race-only car with titanium rods that has been blueprinted, but not for a daily driver.

i would imagine 7500 to be tops as far as a reliable redline goes. any faster and the pistons would be going too fast AND would put enourmous side loading on the cylinder walls.

That's the question that still has to be answered. From what I remeber, and I may be wrong, Whites isn't running engine management (other than a VAFC) which is a pretty dicey move. IMO, I would check out a re-worked engine from Alaniz, before the 2.5 stroker kit......if you want reliability.

I would stick with the toda 2.2 kit if you wanted to go larger. Atleast that's been tried more times with success.
