I don't have pictures of either but the ap1 has better paint because its always been a real garage vs the ap2 which is just a covered apartment "garage"
it's hard to pick on the color because all s2000s look good to me!

 

3k difference for 9 thousand miles? Not in my opinion. And the AP1 looks better. Keep the 3k for upgrades and you'll be on your way, and no thoughts on having to replace the soft top.

 

Id get the Suzuka mainly bc it seems to have been kept better than the other.

I'm partial to the color though.

thanks for all the replies! i've started the negotiation with the ap1 just because the stuff i like of the ap2 is mainly cosmetic (except carbon synchros ) found that the rear tires need to be replaced as well as the front brake pads hopefully i can meet her somewhere in the middle of our prices!

 

i say ap2 because it's the original owner, less miles and main't records. good luck!
