Can you add the glass back window to a 2001 model if so how?

"Like original top with the bonus of a hard
glass rear window.
Includes original style dye cut
plastic retainers and strap system for
making frame work with glass window.
Black is original color.

Pinpoint grain vinyl is similar to original material. We recommend Stayfast
as the replacement material. This would be considered an upgrade in to canvas
material.

Note: Black is usually in stock. In special
colors, this top is a special order and there is a 2 week lead time.

If you choose option for glass window with
defroster, you will have to create your own
wiring harness to make this feature work."

And you can choose from multiple top colors if you want...

I have a 1999 model and am very happy with it. Small issue with grinding gearbox at certain revs and lack of an LSD makes a difference. Other changes aren't noticable really though I'm sure the glass window may help, I'm not fussed as the roof is often down anyway.

and also, the '01 I don't think had a clock.
My 01 has a clock (in the radio).

I am happy with my 01. There are some other little quirks but my suggestion that would make the biggest difference would be that damn glass window. To combat that, I got my AP1 with the hard top.

Love my '00 too... it's actually more rare now You see a lot more AP2's on the road, or later model AP1's. Swapped my top out for the canvas one w/glass window from Cabrio World... now it's perfect

Not perfect yet.

It's still GPW.

Just kidding, Shannon.
